Project managed the production of the Microsoft website and brochure on ethical off-shore vendor practices. I successfully managed a team of developers and a graphic designer and worked with the client and other stakeholders in gathering content, images, and edits.

Collaborated with Serve Smart on research, design, writing, and editing of a volunteer engagement manual for the National Association of Urban Debate Leagues. This project involved interviewing urban debate volunteers and staff, researching existing volunteer training materials and organizations, brainstorming with team members and the client on how to design and organize the manual, and collaborating with my team and the clients on writing and editing the manual. This project gave me a new respect for high school debate and its power to focus troubled kids towards a college career.

UbrLocal, a startup online marketplace for local food producers and consumers, needed help with branding and web content. I worked with them on messaging that reached their audience and helped them craft compelling web copy and blog posts.

Conceived and produced a sold-out sketch comedy show, “Comedy Contest for a Cause.” I did promotions, managed talent recruitment, crowd funded the cash prize, and hosted the show.
